I got a bunch of pretext in the name of the files i downloaded from the cloud, EG: "blablabla%game.tss" so i deleted the "blablabla%" part of the filenames before pasting them to their corresponding folders. In windows, go to save file location (%USERPROFILE%/AppData/LocalLow/Sernur_Tech/Trigon_ Space Story) and replace all the files in the respective folders for the saves. The work around i found is to back up your save files from the cloud/computer before you start the game. I have yet to figure out if the "game.tss" file can be repaired. If the "game.tss" file has an error in it none of the "session" files get considered. The "game.tss" file tells the game what "session" file to load. After doing some digging and booting up a win10 OS to test files (still haven't had any luck finding the save file location in Linux) it seems to be like this:
